Workflow settings
Account-wide defaults for every new post and shared calendar - one source of truth across all workspaces and social profiles. You can still override per post or per calendar.
Client approval
How new posts get reviewed and signed off
Require approval on all posts by default
Every new post opens with Send to client for approval turned on - switch it off on any individual post. When this is off, new posts are info-only and you enable approval per post.
Client view
What clients can see and do on their shared calendar
Show ideas to client
Adds an Ideas tab to the client calendar for early-stage content feedback. This setting is applied by default to new Ideas, but can be overridden for individual Ideas.
Request approval on Ideas
Ideas shown to the client get Approve / Decline buttons. Non-blocking - it just adds a badge on your board, it never stops an idea from moving forward.
Allow clients to suggest ideas
Clients can submit their own ideas, tagged Client suggestion in your Ideas column.
